Allergan Appoints Matthew Walsh as CFO

February 9, 2018: By Jon Swedien

Allergan has appointed Matthew M. Walsh as its executive vice president and chief financial officer, the company announced Feb. 5.

Walsh replaces Tessa Hilado, who held the post since December 2014. Allergan announced Hilado’s retirement in September 2017. At that time, Hilado said she would stay on until a successor was found.

Walsh will formally join Allergan by the end of February 2018, following a transition from his current role as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Catalent, Inc.
