Novartis Sells Ocular Antibiotic Products to NTC

NTCNovartis has sold several ocular antibiotic products, including antibiotic therapies to treat eye diseases, to Novelty Technology Care, a Milan, Italy-based company, NTC announced May 31.

The products are Colircusi Gentadexa (aminoglycoside), Colircusi Gentamicin and Oftalmolosa Cusi Gentamicina (aminoglycoside), Oftalmolosa Cusi Erythromycin (macrolide), Oftalmolosa Cusi Aureomycin (tetracycline), and Oftacilox (fluoroquinolone), NTC said.

Countries covered under the agreement include Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Poland, and the company plans to directly promote some of the new ophthalmic products in Spain, NTC said.
