Job Description:

The Writer/Analyst will be responsible for creating in-depth market reports on a given topic. This will include researching topics; reading and analyzing financial documents, medical databases, FDA filings, survey results, and analytical models; and creating a narrative that accurately reflects conditions in a global market. Reports also cover key market contributors, product/procedure market share, emerging technologies and expected adoption, and extensive unit and revenue forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update reports based on current trends and analytical data modeling to reflect market realities
• Contribute to monthly newsletter on specific topics
• Identify data trends, provide analysis, and report on market trends and projections
• Provide support for recurring and ad hoc requests, which may include online survey development and reporting, market research, and analysis
• Work within deadlines to complete research and analysis with team members to produce reports on an annual basis
• Communicate with clients where appropriate for research purposes and support analysis


• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s degree in related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and technical writing
• Concentration in finance, accounting, statistics, or other business concentration preferred
• Expert skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data and information from multiple sources
• Health care experience preferred
• Technical writing samples required
