California-Based Science Corporation Acquires Pixium Vision’s Prima Implant

Science Corporation, of Alameda, California, reported April 25 that it had acquired the IP and related assets for the Prima retinal implant, developed by Pixium Vision SA, of France. Terms of the deal were not announced. The acquisition was approved as part of a proceeding in the Paris Commercial Court, after Pixium was placed in liquidation.
