Alcon Launches Systane Pro Preservative-Free Drops for Dry Eye in US

Alcon announced the US launch Feb. 24 of its Systane Pro Preservative-Free (PF) over-the-counter eye drops for dry eye.
The company said Systane Pro PF is the longest lasting eye drop in the Systane portfolio. Its triple-action formula of hyaluronate, nano-sized lipids, and HP-guar works to provide sustained hydration, restore tear film stability, and protect against further irritation in all types of dry eye.
Swiss company Alcon, with US headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas, said the launch of Systane Pro PF will extend to markets outside the US in 2026.
